Jose Luis has worked in the field of urban planning and design in both the public and private sectors, collaborating in land use, transportation, natural risks management and urban design projects. Among other activities, his contribution as an external consultant at the World Resources Institute – Mexico as the Research, Data and Innovation (RDI) Lead since 2017 stands out. His academic activity includes continuous participation as a professor at ITESO University teaching graduate and undergraduate courses.
